During a routine inspection
We spoke with the provider and four members of staff. They told us that they enjoyed working at the practice. One said, 'I really enjoy working here, it's great'. The receptionist told us, 'Both dentists are good at keeping patients calm and happy, even the nervous ones come out smiling'.
We found that the practice was very welcoming. People were offered choices about the treatment that they received and were cared for in a safe and clean environment. Staff had made an effort to make the waiting area inviting. We saw that there was a computer for people to use, as well as a wide range of magazines and a selection of daily papers. We observed staff interacting with people in a kind and cheerful manner.
