At the inspection on 15 June 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with Regulation 17 good governance:

The practice had taken action to address the issues identified at the previous inspection and improve the oversight and leadership at the practice. Effective systems and processes had been implemented within the practice.

The practice had reviewed their governance system that included policies and procedures, to ensure these were reviewed on a regular basis.

Improvements had been made to the processes in place for identifying and managing risks effectively, specifically in relation to Closed circuit television (CCTV), medical emergency equipment, storage of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health), and staff recruitment and training.

The practice had improved the systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. Action had been taken to improve the auditing process and ensured audits were completed according to recognised guidance, with learning points documented.
