Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient said, Throughout the course of treatment, [the dentist] took extremely good care of my needs, such as, seeing me regularly, giving me urgent appointments when needed, greeting me from the reception, asking about my general health and giving me advice on my oral mouth care.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. One patient told us, “I had treatment at the practice and found all the staff very pleasant and caring. A really nice experience and [the dentist] is always kind and gentle with me.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient satisfaction summary, which was based on online reviews and included analysis of themes and trends to support continuous improvement.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
