Our view of the service

Date of assessment: 03 March to 12 March 2026

We carried out this inspection in response to concerns about safeguarding, medicines management, staffing and risk management. At this inspection we found breaches of the regulations relating to safe care and treatment, staffing and good governance.

We have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns found at this assessment.

People's experience of this service

People and their relatives shared mixed feedback about the support people received. Although all people and relatives commented that staff were kind and caring, we received consistent concerns about staffing levels. We observed kind and positive interactions between people and staff. Relatives told us communication had improved since the recent change in management.
