Our view of the service
Date of assessment: 28 August to 2 September 2025.
This was a planned assessment of a diagnostic imaging service. The service remains rated as good overall. People received safe and effective care, with systems in place to manage risk and promote learning. The service was well-led, with a good culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care. No breaches of regulation were identified during this assessment.
People's experience of this service
Patients and their families that we spoke with during our assessment expressed high levels of satisfaction with the care they received. They described staff as warm, kind, and respectful. Communication was clear and reassuring. The service gathered patient feedback through direct conversations and reviews of feedback that patients submitted online. We observed staff treating people with dignity and compassion throughout the assessment.
