At the inspection on 27 June 2024, we found the practice had made the following improvements:
At the time of inspection an electrical installation condition check had not been carried out. We were told that this was due to be completed shortly after the inspection.
Improvements had been made to the system for managing the risks associated with fire, Legionella and the use of radiation. In addition, there was a new system in place to check staff have adequate indemnity and immunity to Hepatitis B. We will follow-up on these improvements at our next assessment to ensure these are embedded.
Improvements had been made to the systems and processes for learning and quality assurance. This included undertaking audits such as antimicrobial prescribing and disability access.
