At the inspection on 11 June 2026, we found the following:

Improvements had been made to the practice’s systems and processes to improve management oversight.

The practice had implemented improvements to the governance systems to ensure policies and procedures were regularly reviewed and easily accessible to staff.

Improvements had been made to ensure the practice’s systems and processes were followed, and risks managed appropriately. In particular, the risks associated with sharps safety, stock control, premises and equipment, lone working, fire safety and medical emergencies.

The practice had systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. This included undertaking audits according to recognised guidance.

One complaint record was available to view. This complaint was responded to appropriately, and outcomes were discussed to share learning and for improvement. A complaints procedure was available and displayed for patients.
