At our last assessment we rated this key question outstanding. At this assessment the rating has changed to good.

This meant the service was consistently managed and well-led. Leaders and the culture they created promoted high-quality, person-centred care.

We found the culture at the service was open and honest. Staff enjoyed working at the clinic and were overwhelmingly positive about their immediate leadership team. Staff felt empowered to make suggestions and felt able to contact the service Freedom to Speak Up Guardian if they had an issue or concern. All staff were aware of the service’s vision.
