Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included, “Both the dentist and hygienist are great at making you feel relaxed, supported and well cared for. With great advice and a personal feel.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

Staff told us that they felt appreciated at work and that the feedback they received was meaningful and constructive. They felt it helped them to grow professionally and personally which made the practice a rewarding and fulfilling place to work.
