Our view of the service

Date of assessment: 30 June 2026

The reason for this assessment was to review progress against an action plan developed following a governance breach identified during the previous assessment. As part of this process, we assessed 3 quality statements across the safe, effective and well-led domains.

At the previous assessment, the service was found to be in breach of good governance. During this assessment, we found that while most actions had been implemented, and notable improvements were evident in the way governance arrangements had been embedded across the service, the provider had not yet achieved full compliance with the regulation and therefore remained in breach.
