Our view of the service

We inspected the service on 14 October 2025 and assessed all quality statements. We rated the service as good. The service had made improvements. We found that issues identified at our inspection of November 2021 had been resolved. We have rerated the service to demonstrate the improvements made.

We rated the service as Good because:

• The registered manager had improved governance systems to meet the requirements of the regulations.
• The service used performance data to improve services.
• The leaders of the service looked after the well being of the staff they employed.
• The vehicles were well maintained and were visibly clean.

People's experience of this service

We spoke to one patient on a journey home from hospital. They said and we saw that staff were caring and reassuring. Patients were offered a satisfaction card following the care they received or asked to complete an online review. Patients were supported to complete the form if required. We saw all reviews were positive. Patients liked the staff and felt they provided good care. Patients who had commissioned the service privately felt the whole experience from booking to receipt of the service was handled with kindness and compassion.
