Our view of the service
- Date of assessment: 14 and 15 April 2026.
- This inspection was the first since January 2019 when the service was rated good overall.
- We rated the service as good at this inspection.
People's experience of this service
We attended an evening clinic to speak to patients and also reviewed feedback from people who had used the service; all patient feedback was extremely positive and recommended the service, staff and procedures.
We saw calls and enquiries were handled quickly and efficiently with the appropriate levels of care and sensitivity by experienced staff on the clinic reception. All patients and their family members were met by staff, shown to the waiting area and offered refreshment. Positive feedback was given by those using the service and their relatives.
