Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

We were provided with recent patient feedback, collected by the practice. Of the 93 patients that responded in September and October 2025, 98% stated they were either likely or extremely likely to recommend the practice to friends and family.

Comments included: “Reception very friendly. Dentist very professional and puts the patient at ease”, “On time. Discussed condition of teeth. Gave feedback on current status. Friendly and pleasant dentist”, “Appointment on time and all staff very pleasant and job well done”, “The care and patience that was given to ease my nervousness”, “Professional, friendly and caring”.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
