Caring
We looked for evidence the service involved people and treated them with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. At our last assessment, we rated this key question as good. At this assessment, the rating remains the same.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
The service always treated people with kindness, empathy and compassion and respected their privacy and dignity. Staff treated colleagues from other organisations with kindness and respect.
The service had arrangements to promote people’s privacy. The service was in line with the national average in the results of the 2025 National GP Patient Survey. This showed people felt listened to and felt they were treated with kindness. This was mirrored in feedback from people who used services.
Patient feedback about the practice submitted online was positive: “Excellent service, did not have to wait and was seen in a good and caring way”, “Excellent service from my GP”, “Doctors tend to listen and follow up with referrals etc very well. The reception team go above and beyond”. Patients we spoke with during our inspection were also very positive about their experiences and said they felt listened to and involved in their care and treatment.
