During a routine inspection
We met three out of the four people currently residing in the service. One person who was about to 'move on' spoke positively about the service, and the staff who they found very supportive.
Another person said they felt listened to by staff and felt able to express their views and opinions. They indicated that they were happy that they now had to do things for themselves, as they never had previously. They said they found it hard at times. A third person had only just moved in, it was therefore too soon to ask for their view about the overall service provided.
