Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

We were told, “From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with such friendly staff on reception. I explained how nervous I was to the point my whole body shakes when I sit down, the dentist made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, they listened to me, and took their time, the whole experience from start to finish was incredible. I will not go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone when we talk about dentists.” Also, “Incredible service, lovely staff, nothing is too much trouble.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
