Independence, choice and control
The provider promoted people’s independence, so people knew their rights and had choice and control over their own care, treatment and wellbeing. Most people told us that staff were kind and caring. Comments included “They give me respectful personal care, privacy and dignity”, “The carers are kind and compassionate. They look after me well” and “. “The carers are kind. They provide good personal care”.
