During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. Everybody we spoke with told us they were given a written treatment plan.
We saw that the practice had effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Staff were able to demonstrate that they were aware of the safe practices required to meet the standards.
The practice manager was able to demonstrate that regular compliance audits were conducted. We saw that the audit covered a wide range of subjects, for example, cross infection, patient records, training and x-rays.
