Recruitment procedures were operated effectively to ensure that appropriate essential checks were carried out and documented before employment, and to maintain up-to-date staff records.

The provider ensured they obtained evidence of the effectiveness of vaccinations against Hepatitis B for clinical staff members in line with their policy.

A log was maintained to ensure staff received training and updates at appropriate intervals.

The provider had oversight of systems for prescribing of antimicrobial medicines in line with current guidance
