Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey conducted in May 2025. All respondents reported being satisfied with the cleanliness of the practice. They were also satisfied with the advice provided on oral health care at home and felt that their wellbeing and any concerns about anxiety were appropriately addressed.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member said, “My contribution is appreciated, and there's good communication and teamwork that makes me feel a part of a professional and caring environment.”
