Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with a patient on the day

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. There was only one slightly negative review which referred to the parking at the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. “Staff were extremely kind and patient, especially considering how nervous I was.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. The responses were positive and patients indicated they were happy with the services provided.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
