At the inspection on 23 September 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations:

Staff appraisals had been carried out and an induction process was in place for all new staff members.

There was oversight to ensure staff training, including continuing professional development, was up-to-date and reviewed at the required intervals. An online governance system was in place to support with this.

The practice had effective procedures to reduce the risk of Legionella, or other bacteria, developing in water systems, in line with current guidance.

Servicing records for the autoclaves and compressor were available.

The practice had systems and processes for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvement. This included undertaking audits according to recognised guidance.

Systems and processes were embedded, and the inspection did not highlight any issues or omissions.
