Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. One child commented, “I was treated nicely and with care and I really like it here."

We were provided with a patient survey. Between May and July 2026, the practice collected feedback from 40 patients. The results showed that 100% would recommend the practice to others. Comments included, "Both [the principal dentist] and [the receptionist] were great. Great service. [The receptionist] helped me contact the hospital for medical information that was needed. Great teamwork from them both."

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One staff member told us, “I am very happy at the practice. It is a great working environment with a supportive and helpful team. Patient care is important and the practice ensures we are providing optimum care alongside a great team of staff members.”
