During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people about their treatment. They all told us that they were happy with the service provided to them. One person told us, 'My whole family come here. I am here with my father today who is over 80 years old. If we were not satisfied we would go elsewhere.' Another person told us they came to this surgery because it was highly recommended to them. Another person said that they had travelled quite a distance to get to the practice but it was worth it. They told us they had not been too a dentist for years and when they had been they had required sedation before having treatment. They said, 'Sedation is not necessary here, the dentist has good people skills and puts me at ease.'
