Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with 2 patients on the day of the inspection. Both patients were very happy with the care they received from the practice.

All patient feedback reviewed provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included, “Perfect, everyone was very helpful” and “The dental nurse is amazing very comforting.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. 100% of patients said the practice provided an excellent or good service.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

A staff member said, “I have been supported over the years in my professional career progression. They have invested in me also not just the future of the practice.”
