We found this practice was providing well-led care in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

The provider had made improvements in relation to the regulatory breach we found at our inspection on 3 June 2025.

At the inspection on 31 October 2025 we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

The provider was in the process of implementing a system that would enable them to maintain oversight of staff training, continual professional development and knowledge of current evidence-based practice.

Audits were working effectively. The frequency of the infection prevention and control and radiography audits were carried out in line with recommended guidance. The most recent infection prevention and control audit was accurate.

The providers clinical records had improved; however, they were not routinely completing treatment plans. The provider sent us an overview of the system they would be implementing to ensure these would be completed immediately following the inspection.

Medical emergency equipment checks were not in place, and the emergency drug checks were monthly not weekly. The provider sent us evidence following the inspection that weekly check lists had been implemented for the emergency drugs and equipment.

The practice procedures to reduce the risk of Legionella, or other bacteria, developing in water systems were in line with a risk assessment and current guidance. Staff were taking and recording monthly water temperature checks.

The management of fire safety was effective. An external risk assessment had been carried out. All recommendations in the risk assessment had been actioned and staff had competed fire safety training.

Systems for reducing the risk of theft and for tracking the use of prescription pads were not working effectively. The provider sent us evidence this had been addressed following the inspection.
