During our visit we obtained the views of 27 patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Twenty six out of 27 patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Twenty five out of 27 patients said they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Twenty two out of 27 told us the practice building was easy to access.

Twenty out of 27 told us they knew how to complain if they had an issue and 19 said they knew how to get an emergency treatment.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
