Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Comments included, “Always kind and helpful.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. “I was well informed, and the process went quite smooth. Dentist and entire staff were very helpful.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. “A very friendly and quick service.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey. The NHS Friends and Family survey from August 2025, had 9 responses with 7 stating “they were extremely likely to recommend the practice to others” and 2 stating “they were likely to recommend the practice to others.”

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
