During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people using the service. Everyone we spoke with was satisfied with the service they had received so far. Two people told us they had contacted the service in an emergency and had been offered an appointment within two hours. They were very pleased with this.

Three of the five people we spoke with were using the service for the first time. The two people who had used the service before told us they had received information about treatment options. The people we spoke with were not sure they would know what to do if they had concerns about the service.
