Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included “Very kind and gentle. They explained the process very well.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey completed for the period October 2024 to March 2025. This showed that overall satisfaction was either excellent or very good.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

One staff member told us, “Yes, this practice is a good place to work. It fosters a positive environment with approachable leadership that listens to staff, ensuring everyone's voice is valued”.
