Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. One patient said, “Attention given to anxious clients was very good and taken seriously – extra attention when in chair.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected. One patient said, “[The dentist] is very friendly and explains all my dental care thoroughly in a way I can understand. My plan is easy to follow, and they answer any questions I have. I am always able to schedule an appointment time around work which is a bonus!”

We reviewed patient feedback collected by the practice during February 2026. Out of 16 patients, 100% stated that they were extremely likely or likely to recommend the service to family and friends.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported. One hygienist told us, “The practice is forward thinking and continually strives to provide patients with the highest standards of care. I feel valued in my role and no longer feel that I am ‘just cleaning teeth.’ Instead, I am encouraged to contribute fully to patient care, prevention and treatment planning within my scope of practice.”
