During an inspection looking at part of the service

We did not speak to people who use the service during our inspection as we were following up concerns in relation to records. We found the provider had made improvements in the ways it responded to abuse and how it stored records.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the service and they told us they were pleased with service provided. One person told us that they got on well with the staff and found them welcoming and friendly. They also told us that pictorial aids were used to explain why they required treatment which they found helpful. We found some concerns in relation to the reporting of safeguarding and record keeping.
