Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

The practice had an established team with many long-term members of staff. Staff told us they generally felt supported by the practice in terms of development opportunities, with many highlighting regular training, support, and chances to take on additional responsibilities. Many also appreciated the practice’s open communication, with updates shared through meetings, emails, and team surveys. However, some staff expressed concerns about workload pressures and the need for greater recognition, suggesting room for improvement in leadership consistency and resources to support ongoing growth and engagement.
