questionnaires and feedback shared directly with the practice. Overall, they provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Staff understood the importance of respecting patient’s privacy, dignity and individual needs and were able to explain how they supported patients to make informed choices about their treatment options.

Staff described positive working relationships and a collaborative team environment. They spoke positively about the support provided by colleagues and leaders, including managers checking in with staff, supporting individual circumstances and responding to requests where appropriate.
