We found this practice was providing caring treatment in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming, friendly, and were particularly helpful and understanding when patients were in pain and needing short notice appointments.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated well by staff who had known them over a number of years.
We were provided with a patient survey. This confirmed the high ratings by patients using on-line reviews and scoring to share their thoughts on their experience at the practice. Feedback was consistently positive.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their well-being was supported.
