At the inspection on 5 May 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

We found that the practice had effective governance systems in place. Policies, protocols and procedures were available and stored in a way that was easily accessible to all members of staff.

Systems and processes had become fully embedded within the practice, particularly in relation to recruitment and training governance. All staff had appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks in place, and photographic identification was available for all staff members. In addition, staff were compliant with completing all mandatory training requirements.

The practice had effective systems and process in place for learning, quality assurance and continuous improvements. The practice had completed radiography, disability and antimicrobial audits and ensured these were reviewed at appropriate intervals.
