Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Feedback from one patient recorded on the practice website stated that “[Dentist] is the gentlest dentist I have ever visited. I am a nervous patient and have several broken teeth. [Dentist] and his staff were so caring and kind in how they treated me and put me at ease. They have fixed my teeth and they have never felt better.”

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

The practice encouraged patients to leave online reviews. We saw that the practice had received 4.9 out of 5 starts from 222 online reviews.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. We saw that staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to all patients.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
