We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
We spoke with 1 patient who expressed how happy they were with the care and treatment received from all staff at Green Lane Dental.
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
We were also told: “The whole team is welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the nurses arealways kind and supportive. Knowing that my kids and I are in such caring, capable hands gives me confidence and peace of mind. Thank you for making every visit a reassuring and positive experience for our family which is why I highly recommend this dental surgery for your kids and yourself.”
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We were provided with a patient survey, which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at Green Lane Dental.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
We were told by 1 staff member “I think this is a great place to work. The team is supportive and professional, and the atmosphere is positive. Good teamwork and a focus on patient care make it a nice and rewarding place to work.”
