Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

Comments included, “From the first interaction they’ve been so easy to deal with, friendly and accommodating. The orthodontist has been patient and gentle with my nervous daughter and takes the time to explain exactly what she needs to have done in easy to understand terms.

They even managed to fit us in for an emergency repair and made her feel entirely at ease in the moment.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey with over 600 responses for the period of January 2025 to February 2026 which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt proud to work at the practice and of the care provided to patients. Staff told us how the practice team supported each other.
