Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included, “I have been a patient of this dental practice for many years. The practice is always very clean and tidy, and I am always more than satisfied by adherence to infection prevention measures, especially around the time of the pandemic when they were able to reopen. The reception staff are always welcoming and very friendly and polite and always do their very best to assist me with any queries I may have. The dentists I see are very kind, friendly and professional and treat me with courtesy and respect. They explain everything very clearly and I am always confident in their clinical knowledge and practice. Whilst I am in the dental chair, I feel that I am the focus of their attention and my comfort with regards to everything from the positioning of the chair to whether I am experiencing any discomfort or need a break from whatever they are doing is their priority. I would be confident to recommend Aesthetic Smiles to anyone who required dental treatment. I also have 3 monthly appointments with a dental hygienist who is also friendly and caring. She always provides me with clear information as to how I can best look after my teeth and improve my gum health. I have never had cause to make a complaint relating to treatment at Aesthetic Smiles.”
