Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Comments included, “I have been a patient at Total Dental Care on Wicklow Drive for over 15 years and my experience has been consistently excellent. The care, professionalism, and service provided have always met the highest standards.” Also, “I have been coming to this dental office since I was a child and I love the service I have been receiving. My dentist, (clinician), is extremely attentive and has provided excellent service throughout the years. Today I came in with a chipped tooth and (clinician) used composite bonding to fix it. I am very grateful for such a patient dentist when sometimes visiting the dentists can be very daunting. (Clinician) ensures my comfort and safety every time and I appreciate every dentist visit.”

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received.
