Kindness, compassion and dignity

Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity and showed compassion.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Comments included, “I rang for an appointment as I had lost a filling and was seen the same day. The treatment I received from everyone at the surgery was very kind, professional and very caring from start to finish. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend the surgery to others.” Also, “Always friendly and very professional team, always helpful and always ready to give advice and answer any questions that you have for them.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at Total Dental Care - Netherhall Dental Surgery.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
