Our view of the service
We carried out thisannouncedon-siteinspectionon19thAugust 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
The practice had effective systems toidentifyand manage risks, including infection prevention and control.
Staff had the skills,knowledgeand experience to carry out their roles.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and therewaseffective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment whenrequired.
The practice is inBexhill- on - seaand provides NHSandprivate dental care and treatment for adults and children.
Therewas step-free access to the practiceand car parking spacesavailable, including dedicated parking for disabled people,near the practice.
The practice had2treatment rooms.At the time of ourinspection, there was a total of7staff, of which there were2dentists,2 registereddental nurses,1 x trainee dental nurse, and2receptionists.Wegathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during ourinspection, includingbothdentists,3dental nursesandbothreceptionists.
