Patient feedback provided an overwhelmingly positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. “The reception area is effective and very efficient with a friendly team where at least one person will welcome me by name when I arrive.” “(Clinician) is very thorough and friendly as are all his staff. He has always looked after my teeth in a very professional and friendly manner as his hygienist has also.” Also “Excellent customer service, always helpful and always get an appointment, very friendly staff.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

We were provided with a patient survey which indicated a very high level of satisfaction with the care and treatment received at Blagreaves Dental Care.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

All staff we spoke with and provided feedback stated they felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
