We found this practice was providing caring services in accordance with the relevant regulations and had taken into consideration appropriate guidance.

Kindness, compassion and dignity
Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.
Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.
We were told, “Friendly staff. I am always apprehensive about dental check-ups but the staff and nurses put me at ease immediately.” Also “Great Practice and great people. Everyone is so helpful and clinicians are brilliant.”
Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.
Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.
We were told, “The staff have always been friendly, welcoming, and professional during my visits. I have found the dentists and nurses to be caring, patient, and clear when explaining treatments and answering questions.”
Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We were provided with a patient survey which demonstrated positive results.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
We were told, “I’m working in a practice which supports a culture of open communication, prioritising work life balance, investing in professional development and implementing supportive leadership.”
