Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

We spoke with 2 patients. Both were very pleased with the care and treatment provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion.

One patient told us how the dentist helped them overcome their fear of dentists to be able to accept dental treatment at the practice by being patient and kind to them.

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

The practice completed an annual patient satisfaction survey which included 10 questions. There were 23 responses collected during February 2026 with 97.6% of responses to the questions asked responding as very good.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.

A staff member told us, “It is a very supportive place to work and everyone works well together as a strong team.”
