During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people before they had attended their appointments with the dentist. They told us they felt respected by the staff and were fully involved in the decisions regarding their dental treatment and aftercare. Written information was available for people informing them of the prospective treatment and fees within the practice brochure and treatment plan they received from the dentist. One person told us; I'm very impressed every time I come here."

Both people told us they felt safe in the surgery and confident in reporting any issues of concern to their dentist. With one person commenting; 'I recommend this dentist, and have been very happy with the treatment and the way the staff look after me, it's a good service."

People told us they thought all areas within the practice were kept very clean.
