Patients said staff were professional, courteous and considerate. Comments included, ‘Very good service, from the ladies on the desk to the hygienist, extremely professional and attentive to my needs. Made me feel comfortable as I usually get nervous at the dentist and they were very respectful and cleaned my teeth extremely well. I have arranged another appointment in 6 months’, and ‘Excellent and knowledgeable. Go above and beyond for their patients. Kind, caring and compassionate. Would recommend to all my family and friends.’
Patients felt they were treated as individuals and their personal and cultural needs were respected.
We were provided with a patient survey, we noted results and feedback was wholly positive.
People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Patients were offered a private area to speak confidentially should they need.
