Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and were understanding if patients were in pain. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and were helpful and kind in their interactions with patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patients felt able to book appointments within an acceptable timescale for their needs and said they had enough time during their appointment without feeling rushed.

Patients commented that they were supported and encouraged by staff to maintain their oral health and were provided with appropriate information and resources.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
