At the inspection on 9 June 2026, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulation:

Fire training and fire evacuation drills were carried out by staff. A fire safety risk assessment was completed in January 2026 which identified areas for improvement. The provider ensured all improvements had been addressed and a contract put in place to have the fire alarm serviced 6 monthly.

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) was completed in January 2026 which was recorded as unsatisfactory. Repairs were carried out on 26 February 2026 and a new certificate issued.

A comprehensive Legionella risk assessment had been undertaken by a trained and competent individual. Three new water heaters had been installed and evidence was provided to demonstrate that monthly hot and cold water temperature checks were carried out to demonstrate they were meeting the temperatures recommended.
